The Lost Gospel Q - written by Jesus' contemporaries and preserving his original words - brings you closer to the historical figure of Jesus than ever before. A sacred handbook for his earliest followers, The Last Gospel Q is a window into the world of ancient Christianity. It contains the original Sermon on the Mount, Beatitudes and the Lord's Prayer, as well as parables, aphorisms, and Jesus' guidance on living a simple and compassionate life. Lost for two thousand
years, no copy of this Gospel has ever been found. But for the past one hundred and fifty years, historians and theologians around the world have been rediscovering the fragments. Working like archaeologists, they have dug through the many layers of the New Testament to finally uncover the original Gospel upon which key elements of the Bible are based

Subject: J is Y in Galilean - Aramaic - NOT quite!
Subject: J is Y in Galilean - Aramaic - NOT quite!
The Y in the original, ancient (very old) dead, no longer spoken or written language, written and spoken by Jesus and his disciples, the Galilean-Aramaic...
Y ... is not a Ya sound as in Yahweh, but pronounced
as EE as in the English word "see" so names
titles like MarYah would be pronounced as
Mar - EE - Ah,
or Ysho (the name of Jesus in that language)
as "EE Shor"...

Subject: What a surprise
Yes..as the preface says 1/3 of the verses in the Book of matthew and luke contains this gospel Q. this is not a collection of verses or books by matthew
...
or luke but it is a gospel because this book concentrates on the words by jesus himself... and J is Y' in aramtic/central asian/ middle eastern.. Jesus, John all will be mentioned as yesa, yohn somewhat like that in this books on red coloured quotes which are said by jesus in his language thus translating comes to John and all..you will get the idea once you go through the Gospel Q
